Due to the nature of custom printed apparel and accessories, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective.

The processing time per item is approximately 1-2 weeks before shipment. In most cases, we are able to fulfill multi-item orders within that time frame.

209 Spirit Wear is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Once the order is shipped, it becomes the shipping company's responsibility to deliver the package.
